Site Visits

We conduct site visits throughout British Columbia and Alberta. Travel time for locations beyond 100 kilometers from our office is billed at our consultation rate. For projects in remote areas, we typically combine initial visits with overnight stays to maximize productive time on-site.

Response Time

We respond to inquiries within two business days. During peak season (May through September), response times may extend to three days. Urgent matters should note priority in the subject line.
